  • 4 Guerrero ® White Corn Tortillas cut in small squares
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 diced onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt for seasoning
Place the onion and the tortillas in a pan with hot cooking oil; add the Guerrero ® White Corn Tortillas pieces and fry them without letting them get hard. In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs. If necessary, take out some of the oil from the pan before adding the eggs. Pour the egg mixture with the tortillas, the onion and add salt to season. Scramble the eggs until they are tender.
To give the dish a different flavor, add some guajillo chili peppers when frying the tortillas.
