  • 10 GUERRERO® Riquísimas Sabor Casero Flour Tortillas
  • 2/ ½ lb. Shredded pork
  • ½ cup lard or corn oil
  • 6 pasilla peppers cooled and pitted
  • 6 guajillo peppers cooked and pitted
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dry oregano
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ cup white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
Blend the peppers with the garlic, vinegar, cilantro seeds, and oregano. Place to the side. Heat the lard or butter in a saucepan until melted and add the shredded pork and the sauce, salt, pepper and cumin. Heat the GUERRERO® Riquísimas Sabor Casero Flour Tortillas to make tacos.
Ideal for serving with guacamoles. You can also add chopped tomatoes, potatoes and onions
