Poblano Taco Rolls

  • 6 Guerrero ® Flour Tortillas
  • 2 poblano chiles, diced
  • 6 slices manchego cheese
  • 6 green onions; sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup oil for frying
Top each GUERRERO® Flour Tortilla with chile, cheese and green onion. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Beat eggs with a fork, dip the rolls in the egg and then in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden and drain on absorbent paper.
Add diced corn to make the tacos tastier.
