On a hot griddle, heat the Guerrero® Flour Tortillas. Fill each Flour Tortilla with cheese, fold and leave on the griddle until the cheese melts and the tortilla toasts a bit. Cut in half and serve hot on a large plate as a snack.
Tips:
Accompany with pico de gallo sauce (chopped raw tomatoes, chiles, cilantro, etc.), red sauce and green sauce.
